Digital Orders
If and when we offer products on this website, some of products that we promote on this website are only available for digital download.
This means you receive full access to a members area, your login details will be given to you after you make your purchase, and you will also be emailed these details.
You may need to check your spam folder in case any login details have been sent there.
Physically Shipped Orders
If and when we offer physical products, if you order a product that is to shipped via postal mail, then they will be sent via the following shipping carriers:
- USPS Media Mail
- USPS First Class Mail International
- Domestic (USA Only)
The Shipping Times in the USA are:
- Up to 2 business days for Order Processing (Please Note: Due to the Covid-19 Impact, it may take up from 2 to 20 business days)
- Up to 15 business days via USPS First Class Mail International (Please Note: Due to the Covid-19 Impact, it may take up from 15 to 30 business days)
Refunds
Full refunds on physical product purchases will be issued when an order is returned. Returns need to be sent to their appropriate return address. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Digital product refunds can be made by emailing customer support with your product email receipt.
Physical Product Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things change so we have a 24-hour ‘cooling-off’ period whereby customers can cancel their physical product orders and be refunded IMMEDIATELY. If you purchased your product from a specific Product vendor like Clickbank, please visit: https://www.clkbank.com/#!/
Tracking My Shipment
Once your order has been processed and despatched, our publisher and fulfillment company provider will send you a tracking link for your order. This will be sent to the email you used for purchase within 3 business days.
